Optional second location decoration to add your DEPARTMENT to the right sleeve use the DECORATION TAB.

Alternate decoration locations will be utilized for vests, pockets, or brand logos that may interfere with embroidery.

All orders ship direct to your residence.

All purchased items are decorated. Please select 1 logo from the drop down for your left chest decoration which is included in your purchase. Please be aware that the alternate location, right chest, will be utilized if a brand label or pocket placement is on the left chest.

Second location for an additional fee. Right sleeve personalization is available for you to add your ***DEPARTMENT NAME. Due to the nature of a sleeve location space is limited. Characters are limited, personalization is embroidered in a block capital letter font for visibility, and department names should not exceed 2 lines. Left sleeve is the alternate personalization location if a brand logo or pocket are on the right sleeve. Right chest personalization available for vests.
